We provide ecommerce store setup, automation and management services as described in each client agreement. Specific deliverables, fees and timelines are set out in your service agreement.
No guarantee of results
Ecommerce results depend on many factors outside our control, including marketplace policies, competition and market demand. Past results do not guarantee future earnings.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, keep their accounts in good standing and fund inventory or advertising budgets where required.
Payments and refunds
Fees are payable as stated in your agreement. Refund terms, if any, are set out in that agreement.
Ownership
Clients keep full ownership of their marketplace accounts, brands and data.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect losses, account actions taken by marketplaces, or losses arising from third-party suppliers or platforms.
